- What we source
- Consumables, cabin and cockpit LRUs, wheels and brakes, and parts outside OEM programs
What grounds a Challenger.
Air cycle machines and ECS valves, starter-generators and generator control units, hydraulic and fuel pumps, flight control and flap actuators, wheels and brakes, display units and radios, bleed-air and anti-ice valves, and APU components.
Many of these move fastest as an exchange. We quote the core charge and core due date up front and track the core back so late-core penalties don't land on you. How exchanges work.
What Challenger and Global operators ask.
Anything else? Ask us at sourcing@jetaeroparts.com.
Other aircraft: Citation, Phenom and Praetor, Gulfstream, or all business jets. Buyer guides: what to send your broker when you're AOG and 8130-3 vs EASA Form 1 vs certificate of conformity.
Do you work alongside Smart Parts or other OEM programs?
Yes. If a part is covered by your program we tell you; we source what falls outside it, and the options you didn't get from the program, so you can compare.
Can you find an exchange air cycle machine or starter-generator?
Yes. These are common Challenger exchanges. The option shows the exchange fee, core charge, core due date and the unit's certification before you approve.
What certification comes with the parts?
FAA 8130-3, EASA Form 1 or an OEM certificate of conformity, shown on each option before you approve. Life-limited parts come with back-to-birth records.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We handle export paperwork and ship to the MRO working the aircraft, wherever it is.
Challenger or Global on the ground?
Send the part number and tail. AOG requests get first options within 2 hours.
