Aircraft parts order management software

JetOps is the order-management system and email agent behind Jet Aeroparts. It takes every request from the first email to the closed invoice. We build custom instances of JetOps for operators, MROs and parts teams to license.

Reads every inbox

Requests, POs, supplier replies and shipping notices are read as they arrive, matched to the right record and answered on the same email thread.

People approve

Quote release, supplier payments, export screening and PO matching stop for a person. Anything unusual goes to a Needs attention queue and your inbox.

Secure by default

Authenticator-app sign-in for every user, roles for who can approve and pay, and a full change log with names and times.

Questions
Is this off-the-shelf software?

No. Each license is a dedicated instance of JetOps that we configure for your workflow, your mailboxes, your approval rules and your chart of accounts. It's the same system we use every day to run Jet Aeroparts.

Where does our data live?

In your own instance, separate from every other customer's. Records export to Excel and PDF at any time, and every email the system reads or sends is kept on the record it belongs to.

Does it replace our accounting system?

No. JetOps posts invoices, payments and expenses to QuickBooks Online and reads bank activity back from it. Your accountant keeps working in QuickBooks.

How is sign-in secured?

Every user signs in with a password and an authenticator app code. Roles control who can approve quotes, release payments or delete records, and every change is logged with the person's name.

Does the automation act on its own?

Only where you let it. Reading, matching, tracking and reminders run automatically. Quote release, supplier payments, export screening results and PO matching wait for a person, and anything unusual lands in a Needs attention queue.

What does it cost?

One monthly fee covers the whole platform, including the customer portals you give your own customers. Every licensee gets its own custom instance, scoped after a discovery call around your users, mailboxes and integrations. Setup, hosting, updates and support are included.
