Built by operators. Run like your own parts desk.
Jet Aeroparts is an aircraft parts sourcing and brokerage company based in Florida. We've run charter fleets, maintenance shops and parts desks, and we started this company to be the supplier we always wanted on the other end of the phone.
Good technicians shouldn't spend their day chasing quotes.
In every operation we've worked in, the same thing happened. Skilled maintenance and operations people lost hours to the parts hunt: calling around for quotes, comparing paperwork, chasing tracking numbers, remembering core due dates and reconciling invoices at month end. An AOG made it worse, and a missed core return showed up weeks later as a charge nobody budgeted for.
Jet Aeroparts takes that work off your team. We work as your purchasing agent: we find the options, you choose, and we run the order through to the installed part and the returned core. Our fee is written on every quote, and the supplier's price passes through at cost.
To do that at the speed aviation needs, we built our own software. JetOps reads our inboxes, organises every request and keeps every email on the record. It's why we can answer an AOG in two hours and still hand you a clean paper trail. Now we license it to other operators too.
Four rules we don't bend.
Fees in writing
The supplier's price and our fee are on every quote line. No markup hidden in the part price.
Your sign-off
Nothing is ordered without your purchase order. You choose the option; we don't choose for you.
Paperwork first
Certification and trace are part of the option, not an afterthought. What you approve is what ships.
Nothing to push
We don't hold inventory, so we have no shelf to empty. We recommend what fits your aircraft and your deadline.
Sources we'd put on our own aircraft.
Vetted suppliers. OEMs, authorized distributors, repair stations and AC 00-56 accredited distributors.
Traceable parts. FAA 8130-3, EASA Form 1 or OEM certificate of conformity, with back-to-birth records on life-limited parts.
Export screening. International orders are screened against US government restricted-party lists before they ship.
A complete record. Every email, quote, PO and certificate is filed on the order and available to you as one PDF.
