AOG aircraft parts, 24/7
Send the part number, the tail and where the aircraft is sitting. We search vetted sources around the clock and come back with real options (condition, certification, price, lead time) within 2 hours, then run the part to the shop working the aircraft.
From the first email to the part on the hangar floor.
- You send the request. Email sourcing@jetaeroparts.com with AOG in the subject, or mark it AOG on the quote form. Part number, quantity, tail, the condition you can accept and the ship-to address are all we need to start.
- We search everything at once. Suppliers' stock lists, our approved repair stations and distributors, exchange pools and marketplace listings, and we call the sources that have to be called. Availability is confirmed by a person, not assumed from a listing.
- Options within 2 hours. Up to five options per part, side by side: condition, 8130-3 or EASA Form 1, trace, unit price, lead time and our fee in writing. Exchanges show the core charge and core due date.
- You approve one. By email, by phone, or in your customer portal. Nothing is ordered without your sign-off.
- We run it to close. Counter-to-counter, next-flight-out or overnight to the MRO doing the work, tracking sent to you, certs filed on the order, and the core return tracked from the day the unit ships.

Buyer guides: what to send your broker when you're AOG and 8130-3 vs EASA Form 1 vs certificate of conformity.
How fast do you respond to an AOG request?
AOG requests are worked around the clock. You get first options within 2 hours of a complete request (part number, quantity, tail and ship-to).
Do you ship next flight out?
Yes, when the part and the schedule allow it: counter-to-counter, next-flight-out or a dedicated courier. The option shows the shipping method and the arrival estimate before you approve.
Can you ship to the MRO working our aircraft?
Yes. Give us the shop's name and receiving address; we ship there, send them tracking, and send the certs to both of you.
What paperwork comes with an AOG part?
The same as any part we source: FAA 8130-3, EASA Form 1 or an OEM certificate of conformity, shown on the option before you approve. We don't relax paperwork because it's AOG.
Do I need an account first?
No. Send the request; we can quote right away. Payment terms and the customer portal come with a sourcing account, which we can set up in parallel.
Aircraft on the ground right now?
Put AOG in your email subject or mark it on the form. We answer around the clock.
