Terms of sale

Terms and conditions of sale

These terms apply to parts we sell (brokerage). Sourcing customers are covered by their signed sourcing agreement.

Effective October 17, 2026. The same terms are printed on every brokerage quote.

1. Quotes. Prices are in US dollars, valid for the period shown, and subject to prior sale. A quote becomes a contract only when we accept your purchase order in writing.

2. Payment. Payment in advance by ACH or wire unless we agree other terms in writing. Card payments carry the surcharge shown. Parts are ordered or released once cleared funds are received.

3. Delivery, title and risk. FOB origin. Freight, duties and insurance are additional unless stated. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the part is handed to the carrier.

4. Condition and documentation. Parts are sold in the condition and with the certification and trace stated on the quote. You are responsible for confirming the part number, applicability and effectivity for your aircraft before ordering.

5. Warranty. New and overhauled parts carry the manufacturer's or repair station's warranty, which we pass through to you. Otherwise parts are sold as described on the quote and, except as stated in these terms, WITHOUT ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

6. Inspection and returns. Inspect parts on receipt and report shortages, damage in transit or documentation discrepancies within 5 business days. Returns need our written return authorization (RMA); parts must be returned unused, in their original packaging and with all documentation. Restocking fees may apply.

7. Exchanges and cores. Exchange units are sold subject to the return of a repairable core of the same part number by the due date shown. Late or unacceptable cores are charged as stated on the quote.

8. Limitation of liability. Our liability is limited to repairing, replacing or refunding the purchase price of the part concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of use, revenue or aircraft downtime.

9. Export compliance. Parts may be subject to US export control laws. You agree not to export, re-export or transfer any part in violation of those laws. We screen every international order before it ships.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Your purchase order terms do not apply unless we agree to them in writing.
