Aircraft parts procurement and sourcing services
Jet Aeroparts works as your purchasing agent. We search vetted sources, put real options in front of you and handle everything after you approve, from the supplier PO to the core return.
Four steps. You sign off on every one that costs money.
Send the request
Part number, quantity, condition, tail and need date. Use the form or email sourcing@jetaeroparts.com.
Compare real options
Up to five options per line: cert, trace, price and lead time side by side, our fee shown.
Approve it
Pick an option and send your PO. We only order with your written sign-off.
We run it to close
Tracking, certs, cores and warranty claims handled until the part is on the aircraft.
Condition, certification, trace and lead time, side by side.
For each line we gather up to five options from vetted sources. Our desk reviews them, marks a recommendation and only then sends you the quote. You choose; nothing is ordered until your PO arrives.

Options in your hands, fees in writing.
No markup on parts. The supplier's price passes through; our set fee is shown on every quote.
Paperwork you can file. 8130-3 or EASA Form 1, full trace, back-to-birth on LLPs.
Vetted sources only. OEMs, authorized distributors, repair stations, AC 00-56 accredited.
Full core tracking. Due-date reminders, so late-core penalties stop hitting your bills.
One monthly statement. Every order, invoice and fee, ready for AP and audit.
Times are for first options after we receive a complete request (part number, quantity, condition and need date).

What does sourcing cost?
You pay the supplier's price at cost, plus the sourcing fee set in your sourcing agreement. The fee is shown on every line of every quote before you approve anything. There is no markup hidden in the part price.
Who do I pay, and how?
We invoice you for the part and our fee on one pro forma. Pay by ACH, wire or card (card adds 3%). We order from the supplier as soon as payment clears.
Do you need a purchase order?
Yes. Nothing is ordered without your PO. Reply to the quote with your PO and the option letter for each line, or send it to our orders desk; we match it to the quote and confirm back on the same email thread.
What paperwork comes with the part?
The certification and trace for each option are shown on the quote: FAA 8130-3, EASA Form 1, OEM certificate of conformity, and back-to-birth records on life-limited parts. What you approve is what ships.
How do you handle cores and exchanges?
Core due dates are tracked from the day the exchange unit ships. You get reminders before the due date, we arrange the return and we chase the core credit.
What if a part arrives wrong or fails?
Tell us on the order email. We open the return or warranty claim with the supplier, manage the shipping and paperwork, and keep you updated until it's resolved. Warranty terms are the supplier's.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Every international order is screened against US government restricted-party lists before it ships, and export paperwork is prepared with the shipment.
Can you hold the parts we buy?
We don't hold inventory. That keeps us neutral: we have no shelf to empty, so we recommend the option that fits your aircraft, your paperwork and your deadline.
